Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential customers in Southern Indiana and the Kentuckiana area.
Utilize various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to generate leads.
Client Consultation:
Conduct on-site assessments to understand clients' pest control and lawn care needs.
Offer tailored solutions and recommendations based on thorough assessments.
Sales Presentations:
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase Rezolv's services.
Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of Rezolv in the pest and lawn services industry.
Quoting and Proposal Submission:
Provide accurate and competitive quotes based on client requirements.
Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals that address clients' specific needs.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Address client concerns promptly and provide effective solutions.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including contacts, sales calls, and ongoing deals.
Provide regular reports on sales performance to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the pest control or lawn service industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

As a Pest Control Technician at Rezolv, you will be a key member of our service team, responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of pest control solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional pest control services in Southern Indiana and the Kentuckiana region.
Key Responsibilities:
Pest Inspection and Identification:
Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
Accurately identify pest species and assess the extent of infestations.
Treatment and Application:
Implement appropriate pest control measures, including the application of pesticides and other control methods.
Safely and responsibly handle and apply chemicals in accordance with industry regulations.
Customer Interaction:
Interact with customers to explain treatment plans and address any concerns or questions.
Provide recommendations for preventative measures to avoid future pest issues.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of service visits, including the type of pests treated, products used, and recommendations provided.
Complete service reports accurately and promptly.
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure that pest control equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
Report any equipment issues for prompt resolution.
Continuous Learning:
Stay informed about new pest control techniques, products, and industry regulations.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a pest control technician is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and identification is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
