Alex's journey in the pest control industry spans over two decades. In 2013, he established Advanced Pest Elimination in Sellersburg, IN, where his commitment to customer satisfaction, employee morale, and environmental responsibility fueled rapid growth. Following the acquisition of Advanced Pest Elimination by Terminix International in 2018, Alex assumed the role of Regional Director, overseeing operations across Michigan, Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. During this time, he mentored and developed over 600 technicians, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the field. 

In the fall of 2023, Alex and Stefanie embarked on a new venture, launching Rezolv. Environmental with a vision of redefining industry standards. At Rezolv., they prioritize quality over quantity, offering a less volume-focused approach to pest and turf management services. In a world characterized by constant change, Rezolv. is committed to delivering high-quality solutions for residential homes, commercial properties, and industrial facilities, ensuring a sustainable and harmonious environment for all.
